We will happily accept returns of items that do not fit correctly and exchange them for the correct items depending on availability. An order can be cancelled only before it is shipped.
If you are unhappy with the product because it is faulty or lacks quality, we will credit your original payment method after we get it back from you.
We are unable to exchange or refund used, customer damaged goods. Please place the unused products with original tags in a secure and waterproof postal bag.
The cost of delivery for returns/refunds is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering replacement items to you if it's within India. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same terms to international customers.

Please allow up to 5 working days for exchanges/refunds to be processed once we receive them. We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange/refund.
Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. Email us if your products do not arrive and we'll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address where possible.
