Payments

1. What are the methods of payment?

Visa, MasterCard and Net banking are the available payment methods. Please click here for additional Information.

2. Are there any hidden or additional charges applied?

No. There are no additional or hidden charges.The amount displayed in the order summary is only what you are going to pay if you place an order. There are few special cases where additional charges are levied for shipping. Eg- Bulk order, Special items which are very heavy in weight.

3. What taxes do you apply?

All taxes like VAT & CST are borne by us. The amount displayed in the order summary is only what you are going to pay if you place an order.

4. Is it safe to use my debit or credit card?

Yes. All transactions are processed via secure encrypted connection.

5. What is the reason for any payment failure?

Some of the reasons could be incorrect details of debit/credit card, netbanking or poor internet connection. Please retry after ensuring you provide accurate details after checking proper internet connection.

6. What happens to tax amount in the case of refund?

All the amount would be refunded except shipping charges.

Shipping

1. What is shipping policy?

We accept payments through our secure Netbanking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card options, Shipping is free of cost within India. Currently we are not accepting any international shipments but shall strive to provide the facility soon. For any specific queries regarding shipping , please contact us at almastore@coherendz.com.

2. Are there any shipping charges applied?

All the charges are included in order summary. There are no additional charges for shipping. For items where additional charges are levied, it is mentioned in product description. Additional charges shall be applied only in special cases like Bulk order.

3. What are the delivery days in a week?

We donot deliver on Sundays & National holidays. Monday-Saturday are normal delivery days.

4. How many days does it take for an order to get delivered?

We cannot promise exact delivery time but shall strive to deliver at the earliest.

5. Do you have provision to ship orders internationally?

Currently we are not undertaking any international shipments.

6. What is bulk order shipping policy?

First, a request shall be placed by the user with details like item required , no. of items required and contact details. The bulk order is then evaluated by respective store owners. They get in touch with the person who places the order to confirm/reject the order.

7. What if a product is currently out of stock I want?

We usually replenish our stock as soon as possible but in such cases , please drop a mail to us at almastore@coherendz.com.

Tracking

1. How to track my current status of the order?

Order can be tracked in the courier service partner’s website through tracking order id.

2. I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

If the order has been shipped and not received, please contact courier service partner to track status of the order. Please contact us at almastore@coherendz.com if need further help.

Return, Refund, Exchange and cancellation policies

1. What is the return and refund policy?

We will happily accept returns of items that do not match correctly and exchange them for the correct items subjected to the availability of the item. However any order once placed cannot be cancelled. If you are unhappy with the product, we will credit your original payment method after we get it back from you. We shall not exchange or refund used, customer damaged goods. Please place the unused products with original tags in a secure and waterproof postal bag. The cost of delivery for returns/refunds is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering replacement items to you if it's within India. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same terms to nternational customers and shipping charges would apply.

Please allow up to 5 working days for exchanges/refunds to be processed once we receive them. We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange/refund.

2. In what cases can I return the order?

If order item is not found satisfactory, it shall be returned in proper condition. Please check return and refund policy for more details.

3. In what cases do I receive refund?

If the order item delivered is found incorrect or damaged, the amount shall be refunded. If the order is cancelled before it gets shipped, refund shall be initiated. But shipping and service fee charges are not refunded.

4. What happens to shipping charges in return?

Shipping charges will be refunded in cases of incorrect product / damaged product. In cases of not satisfactory product, the user has to bear all shipping charges.

5. I haven’t received refund. What should I do?

6. Can I exchange my product in the order?

Please contact store owner in such cases. It is subject to various conditions like availability of other variant for the product to be exchanged.

7. Can I cancel an exchange?

Please contact almastore admin (almastore@coherendz.com) in such a case.

8. Do you provide any guarantee for the products?

We donot offer any guarantee period for the products. But definitely we shall listen to customers if they feel the order items are not satisfactory. In such cases, refund shall be initiated after evaluation.

9. When & How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order only when shipment has not been made. The amount shall be refunded if shipping process has not been initiated.

10. Do you provide any gift-wrapping facilities?

Currently we donot have any such provisions.

11. What should I do in case of missing items?

We are not responsible if you provide incorrect address. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. Email us if your products do not arrive and we'll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address where possible.

Ordering

1. What are the steps to I place an order?

  • Choose the product you want to purchase by clicking on the item in your store.
  • Check the product description details.
  • If the product is available, please choose the variant of the product (if present) and click on ‘Buy Now’.
  • Choose the quantity of items available to buy the product.
  • In case you are want to buy more products, click on ‘Continue Shopping’. Else click on ‘Check out’.
  • Enter the billing details and shipping details.
  • Verify your order details in order summary and click on ‘Place order’.
  • You will be navigated to Payment gateway page.
  • Please choose payment gateway options to make the payment.
  • After successful transaction, you shall be redirected to order confirmation page.

2. How can I place a bulk order?

  • Click on ‘Bulk Order’ link on the top
  • Add relevant details like what product item you wanted to buy in bulk and number of items you wanted to buy
  • Admin checks details and contacts you if order has been accepted / rejected Alternate way to place a bulk order:
  • Go to the product details and check if Bulk order is enabled. Click on the link and provide relevant details so that the store gets back to you

3. How can I choose variants?

  • Go to product details by clicking on any product and choose any variant.
  • If variants are available, choose one of them and place order.
